CNA – West Salem & Polk, OH
Pay: $16–$22/hour
Bonus: $100 Sign‑On Bonus after 60 days / 20 shifts / No call‑offs

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support clients in West Salem and Polk, Ohio. This role requires strong hands‑on care skills, dependable attendance, and safe mobility assistance.

Responsibilities
Skilled in safe transferring techniques

Confident with gait‑belt transfers

Provide verbal cueing and mobility support

Assist with ADLs and personal care

Meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship

Maintain client safety, dignity, and independence

Required Skills & Qualifications
Active CNA certification

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Active auto insurance

Skilled in safe transfers and gait‑belt use

Ability to follow care plans and maintain structure

Dependable, punctual, and compassionate

Bonus Eligibility
Earn a $100 sign‑on bonus after:

60 days of employment

20 completed shifts

No call‑offs

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with mobility in and around the house (Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, gait belt, slide board, pivot transfers, bed mobility)
• Personal care/hygiene

Qualifications and Skills
