DescriptionThis Lead Full‑Stack Engineer will drive the discovery, design, and partial implementation of solutions replacing Automation Anywhere bots across multiple business workflows. Each bot represents a unique process, requiring fresh discovery, requirements gathering, and technical planning. The engineer will lead the redesign of these workflows into modern, cloud‑native solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, and vendor APIs. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to translate ambiguous business processes into clear technical designs.Daily Duties & Responsibilities:Lead discovery sessions for each bot (approx. 9 total)Review existing Automation Anywhere scripts with an internal expertGather requirements from business users and identify missing questionsDocument workflow, data needs, and system interactionsDesign replacement solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, and APIsWork with internal engineering teams to validate and refine designsBegin implementation of solutions (likely starting November)Integrate with vendor systems via REST/SOAP APIsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (business, engineering, automation)Participate in two‑step interview process (screen + technical deep dive)Applications involved (all Leasing side of business):Applications & Systems They Will Work OnAutomation Anywhere (for discovery only; no prior experience required)Vendor systems such as:Odessa (lien filing workflows)CSC (lien extension APIs)Salesforce (varies by bot)Internal leasing systemsAWS cloud servicesREST/SOAP endpointsGit repositories and existing CI/CD patternsSkillsnode.js, typescript, React, AWS, REST/SOAP API, Business Analysis skills, C#, AWS Argo workflows, Git, RPATop Skills Detailsnode.js,typescript,React,AWS,REST/SOAP API,Business Analysis skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to break down complex workflows into actionable stepsStrong problem‑solving and pattern recognitionComfort working independently while collaborating with internal teamsAbility to lead design discussions and gain stakeholder sign‑offExperience working with vendor APIs and external systemsAbility to juggle discovery and implementation phases simultaneouslyExperience LevelExpert LevelWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
